What kind of tricks does NVN Magic do?

Whenever I tell someone I’m a magician this question always comes up. Simply put I do interactive and engaging magic/mentalism.

I believe the real question on peoples minds is, “what kind of props do you use?

For Social Magic and Smaller Audiences I use:

cards, coins, rings, rubber bands, and blank business cards. There are times when I will borrow objects from spectators to make the magic happen. I always make sure to safely use and return these objects.

For Stand Up/Stage Shows I use:

cards, a drawing book, dollar bills, and various other props that might vary show to show. If i do borrow an object during this show, just like in my Social Magic/ Smaller Audiences performance i make sure everything is used and returned safely.

My approach to performing:

Everyone views magic differently: some think its a battle between the magician and themselves and try to figure out the secret because they don’t want to be fooled, some genuinely enjoy not knowing the secret and want to be fooled, and others are indifferent to the magic but just enjoy the ambience of it.

With these different perspectives in mind, although I aim to perform powerful and hard hitting magic, my goal with each performance is to entertain.

At the end of the day I want everyone to leave having had a fun and unique experience.
